I have the above boiler but its not working on the heating side.water works fine.there is no fault code on the display.have checked my rc room stat and thats working fine but the boiler wont fire on heating.if i turn the dial all the way past heating the boiler fires but dispays CO and runs to a really high temp 92 deg then shuts off and wont start again.pressure is 1.5 and ok green light is on.

how did you check rc stat?

does the boiler do anything at all when heating is asked for?

CO is an engineers setting but I dont know how you are getting that on your boiler.

Do all the controls make a difference to the boilers operation as snapped knob shafts is a common occurance on this model.

my sparky Checked rc stat by disconnecting and reinstalling the link on the board.still no response.

boiler does nothing at all when heating asked for.if i turn the dial past the heating side it fires on co setting runs until its upto 92 deg then shuts off.

switch dial to hot water and its fine.it wont do anything when switched to heating and hot water.


I should explain i am a plumber,but not a boiler breakdown engineer.gasesafe no 509325.
I have phoned vokera tec but cant get them to answer the phone,just play classical music to me.

take the cover off the pcb . take the top pcb off with all the wires connected and check the potentiometer is moving when you turn the hot water ch switch or hot water only. my money is on agile that the nob has broke.

yep, selector shaft is almost certainly broken.

Hi guys sorry almost forgot.final outcome Mainboard gone. Hot water temp dial was broken as well on checking so replaced that as well.
