boiler is over pressurising.have drained complete system and refilled and blead full system.put boiler pressure at 1 bar but by time it reaches 52 degrees pressure is already at 3 bar.have put new pressure release valve in and there are no leaks but by the time system cools down pressure goes to zero.never seen anything like this!!!please help.

Sounds like the expansion vessel needs recharging.

Look in the FAQ section.
 
Look in FAQ to see how to check and repressurise expansion vessel.

Could be a faulty filling loop, :eek: Disconnect, close valve off and check for leakage. also check the boiler vent , maybe a blockage which would also cause pressure increase.regards chrisey.

We still dont know what "that" relates to!

Have you read the FAQ anout the EXV as thats where your problem lies!

If you press down on the tyre type valve on the expansion vessel and water comes out it is totally knackered.
