Vokera Linea 32 Combi - Hot Water Issue

My Combi Boiler recycles everytime the water temperature reaches 49 degrees and therefore the water temp yoyos up and down to such an extent my shower won't even get tepid let alone warm. Any thoughts before I get in an engineer.

Plate heat exchanger blocked on the system side.

It can also be a blockege in the NRV on that model.
