Hi guys i was looking at a problem with a vokera linea today on DHW the water is running hot and cold, hot and cold and so on. As i im thinking most likely cause in the plate to plate heat exchanger is blocked or scaled up but then ive noticed on the front facia CO comes up on it (not always just now and again) kinda confused with this as this is not a fault code on this boiler. There is a CO mode on this boiler to put it on high fire for doing a FGA. Any help on why it is running hot and cold and CO flashes now and again. (i have not checked heat exchanger yet)
 
Plate is probably blocked.

With that sorted the CO will probably disappear.
