Vokera Option Boiler - HELP

My Vokera Option boiler , installed about 4 years ago, keeps showing a red light from time to time - not consistent.

I have had it cleaned, the pressure changed etc but it is still happening - can anyone help to sort this out, is it a common problem - Many thanks for your help
