vokera synergy 25 e boiler

Hi, the above boiler is just over 2 years old, it hasn't been serviced since fitting & now is faulty.

2 days ago noticed that tap water had changed from red hot to just hot, but now has gone cold.

Have reset boiler, seems to switch on o/k but gas does not light, while removing cover to check boiler noticed that gas lit for about 3-5 seconds then goes out, did same 10-15 miutes later.

Any ideas please ?

that would be amazing as it doesnt have one.

the "synergy e" is a system boiler.
