Once CH gets hot a terrible shuddering, banging, noise, like very heavy drilling vibration occurs. It is resonating to such an extent it seems to be all around and it is very difficult to be confident about where it stems from. The expansion vessel has been changed. The pressure gauge is on 1-1.5 & stable.
The system HAS to be turned off immediately. Once it has cooled down it can be turned on and is OK until it gets to a high temperature again.
