Ok, ok & ok.
CS can be very poor at peak times and so too is tech help but ok when you actually get through which can take up to 30 mins at times. Sometimes tech tries to charge you £5 for advice on boilers older than ten years.
Parts can be expensive but easy to get.

those broag remeha especially the quintas are ok if u have a computer wiz on hand to undersrtand them
