Volex 10-Way - 30mA 80A RCD keeps tripping

Dear all,
As requested, a picture of my CU is attached, since I rewired the sitting room last Sunday which is the third breaker (B16) from the left on the picture I have no problem with the RCD on the left. I also managed to rewire the dining room today on the fifth breaker from the left (B16) and so far so good..

The consumer unit layout as follows:-
From left to right
Main switch
RDC VR80 (this controls the first five breakers)
B6 breaker feeds the house bell
B32 spare
B16 breaker feeds sitting room only one socket radial
B32 spare
B16 breaker feeds dining room only one socket radial

The below is controlled by the far right RDC VR63
B6 breaker feeds the house boiler
B6 breaker feeds the house lightings
B32 breaker feeds all the upstairs sockets
B32 breaker feeds kitchen sockets (which was the cooker, this has been in the house before I buy it)
B40 breaker feeds the 7KW shower.

Thanks
