Volume Control

Hi, can someone please tell me how I get the wee speaker to select the volume control on to the blue task bar down the bottom right beside the clock to enable quick access to it, instead of going in to All Programs-->Accessories-->Entertainment-->Volume Control. I'm on windows XP

Sorry, I mean how to get the speaker on to the blue bar in the first place

Open "Sounds and Audio Devices" in Control Panel. Under the Volume tab, check the box which says "Place volume icon in the taskbar".
