Wacker plate turbine oil 32 ?

Hi I picked up a Wacker plate as I have a few things to use it for, finally opened it!

Manual says as well as engine oil it needs turbine oil 32.

Not sure is turbine oil the same as hydrolic oil or compressor oil ??

I've just rang the supplier - the turbine oil for the vibrator is already in there and doesn't need topping up - just the engine oil needed!
