I have had to reopen an air vent that was bricked up by previous owner and it has damaged some of the surrounding plaster.
I will build a wooden frame which will be almost flush with the face which the grill can screw into like on the opposite side. I am looking at how best to replaster the area. I wanted to check if anything I already have might be OK for the small job before buying new products if need be.
I have a bag of Gyproc EasiFill 60 and half a tub of Bostik Cementon mortar. Could I use these?
Thanks
