Hello a question for decorators could someone tell me how to get a seam near enough invisible when using wallpapers with white seams. I can always see a hairline seam where the butt joint is even though it is a tight join. It is only on white papers or lining paper any help from the pros would be great. Thanks

If you've got it nice and tight without lapping and used a seam roller to tighten the join further and made sure there is no paste residue on the surface then there isn't much more you can do. You can always see joins if you get up close. Lining paper wouldn't matter if its being papered over or painted after.
