Wallpaper suddenly sagging

Hi all.

My parents have just sent me some pictures of their wallpaper which has been on the wall for years....it's suddenly started sagging and they have no idea why! And nor do I! I guessed at a water leak or similar but they've not noticed any other symptoms. The other side of the wall would be where the underfloor heating boiler and pipe work is. Could it be the heat? Any ideas?

Looks suspiciously like a water leak, have seen dozens of them.

Not clear where the top, and most likely source is, as a pure guess ??? some sort of a small, almost pinhole leak in a pipe or something but quite high up ??

Get them to check if the pressure gauge has gone down at all!
