i took down picture rails on walls,noticed plasterboard underneath is not butted up 2gether,no plaster on walls,walls r bowed n plasterboard is very old n crumbling also have movement in walls, have bin told i can overboard then plaster it but will tis still end up crackin if i got movement in walls??? n is old plasterboard a fire hazard especially wit no plaster on it,, please can some1 advise me..
