Just had a google. Nice.
I hate scumbags that hurt animals.

Anything that involves the RSPCofA I take with a pinch of salt. Is this 'fake news'? Possibly?

I love cats, I really do. I love them so much that I tend to get into a lot of trouble with the type that likes owning lots of cats. You know, the mentally challenged ones who think that owning multiple cats makes them a cat lover. I'm particularly fond of the headcase in my village who constantly bombards the villages facebook site with tales of how her neighbour must have poisoned the latest of her fictitious cats to do a runner :-)

So let's try to put this possibly fake news into perspective. Did some random bloke wander the streets at 11pm armed with a powerfull torch & a killer dog looking for any old cat?

Did he 130110cks, they say the camera never lies & there he is, armed with his powerfull torch & killer dog at 11pm for all to see . . . So what exactly is he doing????

I thought this was seeking a new MP. One that actually does what over 66% of his constituents require him to do.

Hopefully somebody will set their dogs on the bloke - he can feel what its like.

The guy should be jailed.

Why in all creation would some feker do that. They do say tiz a short step between animal cruelty and person cruelty.Or is it a fake...Why would the cat not have scarpered long ago or at least have its heckles up?

Maybe the light stunns the cat.
Like Rabbit caught in the head lamps.

I remember when we where kids being shown how to hipnotise Trout by shining a torch in its eyes.

Perhaps it is a family pet that has been treated with kindness and is not afraid of people.

Perhaps it has only met well-behaved dogs that are safe in a family home and are not a threat.
