Hi I want to replace three toilets/bathrooms. We have conventional heating with tank in loft. Shower pressure is terrible. Considering changing to combi but two of our radiators keep getting air in. No sign of leaks. Noone seems able to cure this permanently. Don’t know what to do first to fix this

Combi is not suitable for 3 bathrooms. Depending on water pressure / flow a unvented cylinder may be suitable .Or a shower pump.

I know there is sludge in some areas but hopefully those pipes would be removed as I’m sure they’re only in the loft

Unlikely, unless the CH pipework is run in the loft for some reason.

Most storage combi's will give you 45-100L of stored HW before the combi clicks over to a standard combi boiler where it will only adequately supply 1 hot water outlet. So you'll maybe get one shower out of it before it does that. They are also usually very expensive (Viesmann being 1)

If you wish the possibility of having 3 showers plus other outlets running at the same time then retaining the stored HW may need to be looked at.

As suggested - Get your water transporter in to survey the mains and give you a dynamic water pressure and flow test, usually free. That will then allow what options can then be considered.
