Wanted Worcester 924 balanced flue or boiler to be condemned

Does anyone know where I could get hold of this balanced flue assembly? The GC number for my boiler is 47-311-05.

Apparently production of the part ceased about 2 yrs ago and I have been unable to locate it.


Really would appreciate any help as Gas Board are condemning the boiler otherwise as they say they cannot get the part.

In reality?, maybe second hand if anyone is ripping one out....otherwise I'd say zero chance. Its done its time and some put it out of its misery.

Have taken a few out, and the ONLY way to get the flues out was to bend them inside out - no chance of using one of those again!

Unfortunatley nothing last for ever and those boilers are becoming very hard to get parts for....it is very usual for people to have problems getting the sheet metal parts for boilers and that being a part that is never replaced will not be a part that is manufactured for a number of years after the boiler has ceased production....bite the bullet and get a shiney new worcester!
