Warped 5 bar gate when hung

Hi. I’m trying to hang a new 5 bar gate, however although it seems flat when laid on my flat barn floor when I hang the gate it bows and warps, so when it’s closed the top of the gate hits the post but the bottom is about 3in away, and some of the long pieces of wood bows. The post it hangs in is true, so are the hinge pegs. I’ve had the gate laid on the floor for a couple of months while I was sorting out some other things so I’m pretty sure it’s not a moisture thing. Any ideas what I can do?

Any pics? Might just be too weak to maintain position when hung.
