I bought a pair of NAbis taps from Plumb Center in 2009 and now one of the cartridges has gone wrong. In another instance, a bath shower mixer that I fitted last year has also gone wrong. Both of these units came with a 5 year warranty.
Wolseley have since changed the manufacturer of their Nabis range. I have been given a phone number of a factory in China.
