That does mischaracterise what I said. You had made repeated claims on GD that another poster had committed one of the worst crimes imaginable; child sexual abuse. I suggested on GD that was a really stupid thing to do, and that I would report you if you continued. You said that you were going to continue making the allegations. And you did continue making them. I reported you, and posted that I had done so on GD. You received a two day ban from DIYnot. I then sent you a PM giving more details about why I had reported you, explaining that it was something I did very rarely and only in the most serious situations, and that I was glad you had not received a permanent ban.

I am stuck in a strange position. On the one hand, aveatry thinks I know much more than I let on, and that I just pretend to have to look things up.
