No, they aren't. They are closed to the public and used as hostels. Nothing more.so they are still hotels then and not just buildings

They are still hotels they do not have to apply for any change of use and the businesses are still registered the same and no not all of them are closed to the publicNo, they aren't. They are closed to the public and used as hostels. Nothing more.

You can say it as much as you like, migrants living in 4 star hotels is nonsense. They are still hotels they do not have to apply for any change of use and the businesses are still registered the same and no not all of them are closed to the public
Migrants living in a hotel for free. Is that accurate ?You can say it as much as you like, migrants living in 4 star hotels is nonsense.
Migrants living in a hotel for free. Is that accurate ?
How about we agree on something like "asylum seekers living in reasonable comfort in basic hotel style accommodation". That would seem a pretty accurate and neutral description. There are plenty of other parts of this issue to argue over. There is no need to keep claiming they are living in four star luxury when it is obvious to anyone who spends a moment thinking about it that they are not.
I think my post covers that ?
Free hotel accommodation, living in a hotel for free ?
With added security, laundry services, etc.
Everything I’ve stated it true.
I have a problem with the cost of it all, yeah.OMG!! You seem to agree with my description. Who would have thought it? I did try to make it as neutral as possible. But all the same....
Does anyone have a problem with "asylum seekers living in reasonable comfort in basic hotel style accommodation"?
Migrants living in a hotel for free. Is that accurate ?
I won’t get a response, so we’ll just agree.
Just a thought, what star rating would a hotel need to be so you’ve got private security?
I have a problem with the cost of it all, yeah.
And the troubles it causes.
I don’t think people will be using your description, but I’m glad you’re happy with it.I meant does anyone have a problem with using my description. I am actually very pleased with it. It seems to sum up the current situation fairly and objectively.
I have edited my post accordingly.

I think my description covers it better.
What is your description of the current arrangements. Can you write something like I did and then we can compare
Yes but that doesn’t make it true.I think any objective and fair minded person would.
Illegal migrants living in a hotel free of charge , as I’ve already stated.
They have their launder done, private security, catered food, hardly “basic” living conditions is it.
And some of the hotels used to be classed as 4 star. What stops them being 4 star? Has the business centre been removed or boarded off ?
But as usual you’re trying to establish a false narrative. You’ll need to prove that the 4 star hotels have been red classified as, well 1 or 2 star ones?
Or we will just have to use the information we do have.
I’d say mines shorter and still more accurate.Migrants living in a hotel for free. Is that accurate ?
That's not quite as snappy as my description. I managed it all in a reasonably short sentence. I tell you what, I will adapt my description to encompass some of your points.
Opps I made a spell mistake.Asylum seekers living in reasonable comfort in basic hotel style accommodation, with added security to prevent far right extremists burning them alive. And also with laundry"
