The washer/dryer is a Servis Easi Logic 1300. The drum doesnt seem to fill with much water (its barely visible!) and some of the clothers are coming out dry.
I checked the pipes are not kinked, and its on a level surface etc and all seems fine. The machine sounds like its filling with water, just very little actually appears in the drum.
An engineer checked it and cleaned the filter (not sure what else he did as wasnt there) and he found a necklace and some other small items which he thought may have been causing a blockage. But it didnt solve the problem so he came back and said it may be the water pressure switch? and adjusted that so more water entered the machine....but that hasnt helped either.
I recently moved the washer to a new room and for a couple of loads it seemed to be working again, but its now gone back to the old problem.
