I have had the Servis Washer/Dryer M9309 for around 4 years.
During Washer use my young son turned the dial one click before that stage had completed.
Now the drum does not turn at all.
Everything else operates normally - dial turns, water fills and drains, etc.
This had happened once before about 2 years ago but somehow the problem went away!
What could I do this time to undo what has been done?

I have been told that this problem of the drum not turning at all during the washer stage is not repairable.
Anyone have any ideas if this could be true or not?
