Hi everyone. we had an error code F18 on our Bosch Exxcel 7 machine. We followed the instructions to clean the pump. However the water still does not drain properly. The impeller turns no problem. On the left of the access point where the pump cover sits there is a channel where I assume the water comes through. With a coat hanger I can feel a soft blockage inside about 10cm from the entrance. Any ideas please? thanks so much...
