Washing machine: no power CDA CI981

The machine is two years old, only went out of labour warranty two flipping months ago, but there is 5 years parts still available.

I guess that you could ring their technical support and tell them that you are disappointed that a 25 month old machine from a "reputable company" has failed. They may let you talk to an engineer who might be able to give you pointers.

I finally got the machine fixed. A CDA engineer came out to look at it and found that there was power coming from within the machine, but it wasn't sending a signal to the PCB. So they had to order a brand new one and get that installed. I am none the wiser as to what caused the problem, but that was the fault, the board was goosed. An easy fix for the engineer and wasn't a messy job thankfully. The morale of the story is don't buy a machine from CDA, I have had nothing but bother with it.

Many thanks for all your help and useful comments, much appreciated.
