Hello everyone, we are having an issue with our washing machine which I`m hoping you guys and gals can help with.

The washing machine itself works fine, that on itself is not the issue.

The issue is that thanks to the previous (terrible) tennants, the floor where the washingmachine goes is no longer level. Terribly so. the back is lower than the front and there is a terrible dip in the middle.

As this is the only place we can put it we have no option but to leave it there, so moving it is not at all an option.

We have tried supporting it on blocks of wood (bigger at the back than upfront, tried wedging it absolutely shut but it just shakes itself of the blocks.

At this rate our washingmachine isn`t even going to see its first birthday. Anyone got any recommandations, help or tips at all? Would really appreciate it :)

Have you adjusted the legs to level it? You can't really make up for a wobbly floor with them though.

Placing loose packing underneath to level the washer up isn't going to work. Make sure the "Packing" is screwed to the floor, so that it becomes more stable and isnt going to move when the washer does it's little wobble on spin

Use a decent size of timber too, not just enough so that the foot sits on it.

Ideally the runs of timber should go from front to back, encompassing both feet in one run. This makes it easier to get the washer in and out

Also make sure its easy to remove and refit the washer. If a service engineer from the manufacturer turns up, he probably wont attempt to get it out
