Hi. My washing machine (John Lewis JLWD1408) is cutting out part way through the wash cycle. The problem seems to be due to excessive movement when the spin cycle starts. I have checked the suspension struts and both are intact. So too are the top springs.
The problem came on suddenly and could well be due to the fact that my one year old is fascinated with pressing the buttons and twisting the dial mid cycle! At one point the machine did try to spin when full of water!!
Any ideas what else might be broken?
