Washing machine wont spin/mAYTAG

I have a maytag model MAV6057AWQ , AND IT DOES NOT SPIN IN THE SPIN CYCLE. BUT IT DOES EVERYTHING ELSE. I HAVE REPLACED THE BELT, BUT IT DID NOT HELP. THE MOTOR IS RUNNING AND ALL THE pulleys UNDERNEATH ARE TURNING. IF YOU SHAKE THE MACHINE IT START TO SPIN BUT NOT VERT FAST.
