Waste pipe distance

I am moving a kitchen sink and the distance from the sink to the soil stack will be just under 5m.

How can I make this work - Can I use an air admittance valve? If so where does it need to be? (ideally behind the sink units - is this possible?)

Or are there any other solutions?

Use an anti vac trap and 50 mm waste pipe and you will be ok.

If I wanted to put a washing machine on the same waste, how would I go about this?

simply fit a 50x 50 x 38mm tee with a piece of pipe then a trap with upstand
