Hum, rather a problem there, don't think you could easily lintel over that.
I'd be looking at relocating the pipe, so it goes under the footings at an angle a lot closer to 90 degrees. Probably need a new manhole / access chamber where it changes direction.

Or build on a concrete raft.

Simon.

What is the function of the drain i.e. soakaway, foul water?

Where is it headed? It looks as though it is heading into the garden so i am assuming a soakaway drain - no?

Does it pick up the gutter down-pipe?

Its from the niebours waste foul water and joins to a manhole in my garden the man hole is about 0.5 meters from the pipe shown. Just upped some pics to my uploaded pics under conserv. no the guttering down pipe is seperate system.

Simon how would i do i concrete raft then plz :?: moving is a big big job i would say, the man hole cover in my garden is routed 3 ways one to my house and the other two to each niebour and each pipe is concreted into place

Thanks guys

I'm not an expert on the raft idea, not done one myself, hopefully someone else can help you there. You'd have to fill in what you have dug and compact properly, BCO is usually fussy over made up ground.
Sounds like moving the manhole is too tricky.

You could lintel over it, with concrete pads and RSJs or possibly shutter around the pipe with reinforcement if BCO is happy. The BCO might want a structural engineer to design the solution.

Good luck,
Simon.

Thanks Simon,

I knocked this up tonight is this in the right direction may be not to scale but just an idea? maybe not so many bricks
