We can see some dampness on the internal wall around the window, the paint has started peeling off around the metal bead; do you see anything wrong?

When it rains there is the annoying drop hitting the windowcill, here’s a video showing where it’s coming from (and me trying to find a way to sleep)

When you remove bottom run of tiles you may see where water is running down felt and track back to problem.

Felt supports will guide water to gutter but investigate roof

That looks as if the water is coming from behind the fascia so the roof needs investigating further.

When I checked the roof the felt ends just on top of the gutter as it should be.
If I remove the last row of tiles would I be able to see inside the cavity?
Also, what’s the purpose of the fascia?

Id guess there is tile or flashing damage higher up the roof. That's a fair amount leaking

Temporarily place a brick or slate on the windowsill so the water hits that instead of the hollow PVC. Might help you get some sleep while you work out the issue!

I happen to have photos of when the roof was being retiled

I wonder if they installed felt support trays to slope out that bit before the last batten, or did they leave it to form a nice upstand that any water rolling down the felt could puddle behind while it slowly makes its way through..?

When was this roofing work done? Did they offer you a guarantee period?

The roof was done in summer 2020 by the cowboys in the picture (there is a separate topic on this)
I had problems with leaks around the chimney, which I managed to have rectified by another company (they also removed the old felt that the cowboys didn’t bother removing)
So no, I cannot go back to whoever did the original work :D

I took a ladder and had a closer look; I don’t see anything wrong

I also took a garden hose and simulated rain, the water just goes into the gutter

I also think that may not of removed the old felt, easy enough to check for.
