water appearing on concrete garage floor

After a recent period of heavy rain I found that a large part of the garage floor was wet. I checked the flat roof - from the inside - and there was no significant evidence of water coming in through the roof. Is there a possibility of water coming up through the concrete floor from below and if so what is the solution?

Where about is the water area ? Is it wet all the time?

Most common one is rain blowing under the garage door.

Hi , thanks for your response. No the floor is not wet all the time. The water only appeared after recent heavy rain. The area around the door is in fact pretty dry. The concrete floor looks in good condition.

The only thing you can do is wait for the next heavy rain and investigate...
