Water based Gloss, any tips?

Been using some Dulux trade ecosure water based gloss.

It's awful to use, dries far too quick, runs easily, shows every spec of dust, air bubbles, brush marks. Only good thing is that it's white.

Given some primed MDF skirting 3 coats and it still looks transparent in places.

Are they are tips to using it?
