Water damage to subfloor and maybe joist

Hi,

I am doing renovation on my parents En Suite thats had water damage to subfloor and maybe part of 1 joist. I am not sure how to go about fixing it as both long side edges of subfloor are rotten and there isn't anything to support the new subfloor there (Above the soil pipe). Also, I think the joist might be ok but not sure as it is pretty mouldy. The side with the hammer on the floor is the external wall with window so not sure how to repair the joist if it is needed.

Can I please have some help with this. I've uploaded a few photos. Thanks

The concern is the web (the OSB board), not really the timbers on the top and bottom

Is the joist dry now? If so, are the top and bottom timbers soft (poke with screwdriver) and likewise is the web firm or flaky? Check in multiple places?

the web actually feels fine, its just the top of the joist that was a bit spongy but as its drying, its looking and sounding more normal. Should I just let it dry and if feel ok, just go with it? Is there anything I should use on the black bits on the joist?
