Water feed to Combi

Is it ok to turn off the water feed into the house (need to for another job). If I do this should I shut down/turn power off to the Combi? Also am I likely to cause a problem or airlock when starting it up again?

You can turn it off,combi won’t work on hot water till back on , should be ok for air locks
