WATER FLOW NOISE

WHATS CAUSING THIS ANY IDEAS

NOISEY COLD WATER FLOW TO UPSTAIRS TOILET,TAPS CAN CURE THIS BY SHUTTING OFF WATER AT STOPCOCK AND DRAINING COLD WATER FROM PIPES BUT THIS LASTS ABOUT 3 WEEKS THEN NOISE ON WATER FLOW RETURNS.

CAPS LOCK IS JUST ABOVE THE SHIFT BUTTON NORMALLY, can you turn it off please.

What sort of noise ??

just noise of water flow through pipes but as I said gets louder after 3 weeks or so but can get it to quieten by draining pipes of cold water

Is the stopcock fully open.

No half closed have tried it fully open same thing happens

Don't know then unless you fit a pressure reducing valve.

Is there any other restritions in the pipe, maybe a non return valve for example
