Morning all,

Just wondered if I am right in saying that washers need to be replaced if there is always water left in the sink bowl when it is left overnight. It is always emptied before bed too.

The drip isn't noticeable but I am conscious that I am losing water.

Any help with replacement parts that I can easily purchase in a shop would be appreciated. What do I need to do?

Thanks,

Isolate both hot & cold water supplies and open both taps to check.
Small screwdriver where coloured rings are and prise centre caps off.
Remove screws and prise shrouds off.
Spanner on large hexagon and remove internals.
Will now see if there is a rubber washer on the bottom.

Yep .... that's what they call a contract deck mixer (or much cheapness ;)), will usually be screw down taps not 1/4 turn so it'll be 2 new washers required if it's dripping.
