For many years I've had damp and droplets on the top of the upstairs (dormer) and downstairs windows despite various attempts to get it fix.

More recently I've just had a lot of work done, much to address the problem, and still unsuccessfully.

I'm coming to the conclusion that I need a professional building surveyor but even if I do I would like some clues as to what he/we should be looking at.

If someone could cast their eye over

any suggestions welcomed.

It looks as though you've done well in ensuring what can be seen is done to a good job, but I'd be inclined to look closely at those zinc valleys, zinc is notorious for perforating with corrosion from the underside, especially in a salt borne air atmosphere...pinenot :)
