I live in a ground floor maisonette in a block of 4. I have an on going problem with a water leak when it rains heavily coming in from behind the windowframe, it would appear that the water is finding its way in to the cavity. The property above has a balcony directly above the window. We have had a few builders round to have a look and i suspect that the balcony is at fault but cannot pin the leak down. We have also been told that the leak could be caused by the guttering not coping with the amount of water when it rains heavily, could this be true? Wold appreciate any new ideas
