Water Leaking from Boiler

Hi

Wondered if anyone can help,we have a Viessmann Vitodens 100 boiler,it's leaking water,our Plumber is not answering his phone so not sure what to do,so any advice would be appreciated.

It seems to be coming from underneath where the cold feed is,the 4th pipe from the left.

I will add some pics below.

Do we turn the Boiler off etc

It's also making a hissing noise,a bit like when you bleed radiators and the air is coming out.
 
As a temporary measure, you can try turning the cold water inlet off (black plastic knob 2nd pipe from right).

This will mean you won't have any hot water, but may stop it leaking till you can get someone out.
