Water leaking - pool on windowboard

Water leaking - pool on window board in heavy rain the other night so i dried it out and within 1 hour another small pool was there. UPVC windows made up of 6 small units i couldnt see it dripping so i assume its the sealed unit leaking. Is this probably the fault and does it need replacing or can it be repaired to stop it leaking.

Was it really windy too? Could well have ' seeped ' between the frame and the plastic window bead. It is highly unlikely to be the actual Glass sealed unit is leaking
