hi my water level in the trap in the down stairs loo is very low,its only been like it for a week its a new build house,it doesnt overfill the loo when you flush just drains away quickley,is it a blockage?

Could be blocked - it`s a classic sign in existing drainage - BUT new build it could be any lash up Sorry, but it`s true
