I have a 10 year old Vaillant combi boiler
and belong to the British Gas Three Star Service, it started making a noise a few weeks ago with a substantial loss in water pressure they put in a new pump and told us the system needed flushing so we booked it in for the middle of Jan, they came yesterday to try and get the pressure up and now we have no hot water as the pilot goes out after a few seconds [the heating isn't affected] we were told that there was nothing more they can do because it needs the flush so we are without hot water for about a month is there anyone with any suggestions.
