Hi I have a phoenix showers automatic brass shower pump WASP 65B/100B/130B. (not sure which). It pumps hot water to my kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bath/shower. Usually it switches on when a tap is turned on and off a few seconds after the tap is turned off. Today, after turning off the bathroom tap it failed to turn off. I tried putting the various hot taps on and off to get it to switch off but it didn't work. In the end I had to switch the power to the pump off. I left it for a few hours but i had the same problem when I tried again later.
Can anyone shed some light? I'm worried that if I leave it to run it might damage itself further and possibly the rest of the plumbing system?
If there are any 'simple, checks I will have a go, otherwise I will have to get onto the manufacturers.
My boiler seems to be fine but just in case its a worcester 2hhe system boiler..
any help gratefully received!!
