Hi,
I have just installed a Kinetico 2020c HF and noticed in was eating salt blocks at a rate of 1 a day and the overflow was running. I found that water was leaking from the joint around the control valve housing just above the water line - the part held together by the 8 larger bolts. I first assumed a faulty o-ring. But I then noticed the in and out pipes are the wrong way around . So how much damage will this have done? I figure that's why the seal is leaking but will it have contaminated or damaged the resin or anything?
Thanks
