I want to have a Combi installed and I want it on the wall next to sink. This way both outlets (Ventilation and Condensate) can go out through wall but my question concerns the water supply; can the water feed come from under the sink off the other pipes which are obviously the sink supply taps. This is the only practical place for it.

Gas, This could be a 22mm or even 28mm diameter depending on the boiler's kW rating.
Sometimes this pipe has to be installed along the outside of the house if there is no suitable/safe route inside the house

Has the mains pressure and flow been checked and confirmed as OK? Is the mains stop tap under the sink?
