Hi, just wondering if anyone has any news of waterfiltersuk? I placed an order with them via the Internet a few days ago and received a confirmation email that the order had been accepted, but have not had an email confirming despatch. I phoned them this morning and there was just a message saying the office was still closed due to the weather.

Thanks, that's the number I phoned earlier today that had the message that the office was closed. I sent an email this morning but no reply as yet. I will leave a message tomorrow.
Mmmm.. The live chat is not available, it says it's offline. The phone is still not being answered and the message on their answer machine has changed to say that all contact has to be through their sales email address. I could not leave a phone message as that option has been disabled. Seems they are uncontactable!

I emailed them yesterday with all the details of my order, leaving them my phone number to contact me if they wished. In addition I also used their web contact facility, again with details of my order and my phone number. It's been a week since I placed the order, and still they have not contacted me, or confirmed despatch of the goods.
It would seem they will speak to you but not me, despite me having placing an order.

Doitall gets replies almost immediately. That's not carp service.

I received an email saying the order had been received, and that an email would be sent when the goods were dispatched. That email never arrived, and I haven't received the goods. After several days I heard nothing else. When I phoned them to query if the order would be fulfilled, the call went straight to answer phone with a message saying that the office was closed. All emails I have sent asking, politely, for them to contact me have gone unanswered, and the online chat facility has been offline all week. If you phone them the phone still goes straight to answerphone. I really don't think anything I have done would cause offence.
