longdogs

Hi.

Just finished tiling a bathroom and starting to grout when I noticed that a feint grey watery mark has appeared on the front of the tiles., wherever the adhesive has been spreadon the back. The tiles were bought from B&Q - cheap as chips and are plain white. One tile which was standing on a damp towel absorbed the water and also gained this mark. I am now worried that the mark will be permanent or is it just a case of drying out? The walls were unibonded. I would have thought that in this current heat they would have dried in a couple of hours. Would be grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks

No answers for this one then? No, I've never seen it before either

Not an expert  But would suggest the unibond is forcing the adhesive to dry through the front  and being cheap tiles has allowed this to happen
