Good morning, wondering if anyone on here is familiar with above? Fitted as part of bathroom refurb about 5 years ago. The half flush works ok but full flush just starts to make the pneumatic sound, then doesn’t flush. I don’t know if it’s the flush panel has the problem or if it’s the cistern (which is only accessible by removing the complete counter top and disconnecting the sink waste and taps)Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

UPDATE…I emailed the manufacturer (Dudley) of both the flush panel and cistern and got an emailed reply very quickly giving a couple of possible reasons, also links to a trouble shooting video and copies of the manuals. One was to increase the air by adjusting the flush plate boost which I did and so far the problem has been solved. Great customer service from Dudley.
